End User License Agreement

These terms are a simple agreement for using and playing MOFAYS. Please do not use the game if you do not agree with these rules.

Acceptance

By opening, using, or playing MOFAYS, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you are using the game on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for making sure they understand these rules.

License

MOFAYS is provided as a free browser game for personal, non-commercial play. You may access the game through the official website, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or present the game as your own.

Fair Play

  • Do not cheat, use modified clients, automate gameplay, or use bots.
  • Do not abuse bugs, exploits, or unintended server behavior.
  • Do not attack, overload, scrape, spam, or disrupt the servers or other players.
  • Do not artificially inflate traffic, ad impressions, ad clicks, or server activity.

Multiplayer Conduct

Player display names and behavior must stay respectful. Do not use names or actions for harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, illegal content, or malicious activity.

MOFAYS may limit access or block abusive traffic when necessary to protect the game, servers, or other players.

Availability And Changes

MOFAYS is actively developed and may change over time. Features, balance, modes, servers, sessions, scores, or temporary progress may be updated, reset, interrupted, or removed without prior notice.

The game may be unavailable because of maintenance, bugs, hosting issues, security incidents, or development changes.

No Warranty

MOFAYS is provided as-is. The game is experimental and may contain bugs, interruptions, balance issues, or compatibility problems. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, secure, or permanently available.

Ads

Advertisements may be shown if advertising is approved and enabled. You must not use automated tools or deceptive behavior to inflate ad views, ad clicks, or related traffic.

No Accounts Or Purchases Currently

The current version of MOFAYS does not provide registered accounts, account passwords, purchases, or payment-based features.

Intellectual Property

The MOFAYS name, game code, artwork, interface, audio-visual presentation, and other assets belong to the MOFAYS project owner unless otherwise stated. You may not use them in a way that falsely suggests ownership, endorsement, or official partnership.

Children And Minors

You must be old enough to use online services in your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
